Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

UK Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) – Free on orders over a certain amount. A small fee applies for orders below this threshold.
  • Express Delivery (1-2 working days) – Available for an additional charge.

International Delivery:

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Log in to your account at bigjigstoysneedoh.com and follow the returns process.
  2. Pack the item securely, including the original order confirmation.
  3. Send the parcel back to us using a tracked service.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
